Wölfel and Micromega Dynamics are pleased to announce their strategic alliance agreement.  This alliance is supported by a significant participation of Wölfel Beratende Ingenieure GmbH + Co. KG in the capital of Micromega Dynamics SA, and is effective from April 9, 2009.

Future cooperation between Wölfel and Micromega Dynamics will focus on the development and application of active systems. SME and industrial customers will benefit from the combined expertise of both companies covering the whole range of services and products related to structural dynamics and vibrations; i.e. comprehensive experimental vibration diagnosis, demanding computer simulations and realization of state-of-the-art, simple and inexpensive solutions for vibration reduction, especially using standard or customized Active Damping Devices (ADDs).
